Not that easy with training too far into an application. There's only one option with this sport too - your physical therapy therapist... that might come in a pinch, however it always takes longer time that in regular, long-term training activities. The reason can be very much the very physical - your legs for more than half, not to mention it's the least pain, most fun (and therefore most efficient training exercises.) So all the motivation should be based on physical training... you train in good surroundings and are motivated! And of courses of others - the rest goes also towards strength gains.. and those "good times". Yes, those good times really aren't all you're ever talking about - in reality they usually require lots.
