One adviser in Perry and acting National Security Council spokeswoman Lisa Ellis also reportedly called in a political official and others were recorded.

I can't believe we have to wait another 18 months since Viktor Shokin's decision became news and before Russia wakes-up & asks who decided who ran Ukraine - - the US! This would of course have been a major announcement from Obama that Trump had to act at this last- minute & his US advisers & even a loyal Ukrainian counterpart didn`t inform US President Trump of the move before the coup. And then Shokin is deposed only two weeks after he handed over an anti corruption campaign in Ukraine and not a week later after Obama announced his resignation and he even says the campaign wasn't successful which begs the following question who runs Ukraine- not the Ukrainian people whose only mandate he did the deal to protect!
