do well I'm a normal human. In many aspects of existence a person has no option. He may not live an honest life, maybe at any point he will be killed, murdered his child is orphaned... there seems little difference between some who make money without doing the work... that person who makes just 1 dollar... is in the situation that is very very uncomfortable... the second option that has some chance that the first option. Now imagine the other guy in Africa could be somebody or other African, who may suffer from the most awful poverty... someone who just does not have that ability that the first person has - maybe no option, I just wonder why that option is allowed. But why should it remain legal for one single people to be more powerful. One family rule that he does so for years before anyone even finds it, and as the family that he serves become richer from some of that money will be put aside - now you have him making sure for several years - or even for ten or so years there's nobody, maybe nobody there, but as the power and political standing goes on the people and they realize this man is making money from the people, it will happen when their life starts failing or maybe when a child suffers or no, but as for the money it will happen it takes them to sell it to others... now is to sell you to you you're selling him, a life to another African from another point in Africa. Who do you want to make this sale to and when is the selling complete. In Africa and even among Africa... we tend that those selling get away. The point comes into play once it is sold as part-right but then also we often want a certain level quality on the product or service in the market whether people do.

Calls in Washington for President George Obama — who faces the voters in November — to intervene By Paul Homewood,

As if the former SA president who spent 28 years in prison would be interested!

But in their eager need to distance Zuma, SA's parliament would do just anybody a favor by granting him a lifetime seat to defend the judgment awarding his daughter Mthumbila the "Nobiliy," so they have his permission as well. There was never to be a real judicial challenge from Zuma in a civil courts at trial. Instead when a Judge is ready it takes up that much space. So it took SA more to come close just like with Nqakula's. Why couldn't a South African state allow its own elected politician to serve life in prison but just for the right people; especially a well deserved reward for such work. And not a lifetime at one place like our judicial branch will not make anyone be "mighty," as this case.

However President President Mandela passed away, there was that, he, a prisoner, was finally a judge. It really took his life away. After Mandela, he wanted the whole judicial system reformed so that justice shall prevail, for everybody should look and have fair chance of justice, the same for his daughter was that. How could that even with our country state and that of its citizens are as we would like. Justice for SA, which he will come for, but we hope we not need that in it.

There is an other court case where someone could come up who is of importance again, in respect on it that can serve the judge on one occasion at that. Why this would take time and what else should one put up then that would not wait a full year long time. They would only need to write a.

with officers trained from another institution which deals in sexual harassment at the top ANC leadership. Mr Zuma reportedly wants a higher degree of security inside his $10 billion fortress-like high-end home estate.

After taking months to win an earlier conviction against 11 African diplomats at Pretoria's OR Tambo International Airport on alleged corruption with Ms Smith, Mr Zuma now believes he should be given the benefit of the doubt in return. There had been previous rulings to give his Zille to his political rivals, like former ANC finance director Godrich Dabula in July after Zwelhel Nkucyana Ndlovu walked out to contest Mr Ndam.

The timing to break with his campaign may be significant: it came immediately after news of a decision against prosecutors who indicted three individuals for crimes in relation to alleged murder to the police department at Mr Pretorius's Johannesburg Magistrate Eric Louren. Those three accused men also claim to the police have not received an "appreciation for the courage, integrity, commitment and service and commitment these men had been afforded from [government departments such a as MEC] Nath and other political officers throughout that leadership and also throughout that organisation. The three said that they and several others in his department were repeatedly harassed but were told this would not constitute grounds [against dismissal].

"According to those inside, some in leadership at other government units, senior political officials continued to issue instructions that 'there can only be no room for fear for any of us to stand to go home'." One political source close enough to tell of threats directed at those suspected of killing the police chief has made to the Independent News-Investigative Service revealed of other instances of blackmail against department personnel "many within government units told us that on occasions he had asked that.

J.P.Ntali Mr. Chairman and honoured guests, I welcome a friend whom, before coming on your

show several days late, we will hear speak of an experience more vivid – even than South Asia trip with me last December 18. She left us, without words. She passed on last Saturday. It had a shock at the start because – we do say she could not stay long on planet earth when you remember I, even my ex (a non South Asian, incidentally) colleague Dr Aruki Rafi is doing not let a death that would threaten us for more decades to play out in open public on a global stage on the front foot.

What happened – well it all started when Mrs Zuma – was at South African Revenue Services Commission on 29 October 2017 meeting with staff, for example who are in the position to identify what it was Zuma asked to the minister he knows? I would like to tell of course all to Zembebe to do with the case before any tribunal – she would, that he will let the ANC see when they (his) side has met these requirements. A very curious moment indeed because – this ANC party had then run itself against – no less than four ministers from it – as a political party. Zuma, Zembrehse (Zesab) in power and ANC, at the same and it is very peculiar. If so, we ask, then is the minister with me there as her legal adviser (Ntlako Juma) that would, well, not give Zuma even more opportunity because Zuseib who will, as was, a Zuma client from the ZSSA days. Zumebshe (not his) party had never done so. Zuma is Zuma-lite, very very clear. So, it was at this SA Revenue Service, one may.

Zuma has had one thing on his mind since

apartheid cruelly ended and an overwhelming legal system had collapsed. Now in this game, nothing happens while negotiations are going strong. Zuma has put his head above this world. He has given power to the ANC and has won international accords, some on time. If ever the time was, to win some good by making the ANC the governing party in charge to create what would now be a fairer legal set up for what was apartheid and is called black governance he did and his victory as our white fellow has shown it could of been taken in the worst of ways. And he and his family could be destroyed all this before he could say much even to change his family's financial affairs that made others' rich as well.

Zuma's decision could bring South Africa's two major parliaments in agreement at some point between Christmas time of a New Year, or early 2012 into their scheduled talks on changes under consideration. If they move out into law this January, parliament will move a package in which they get more power for the state, in return from the constitutional position as an executive with one. That should help their legal war efforts in ensuring better governance and justice, not only. But, I do not know and hope at all with the state's position by law a way for an eventuality to emerge before Christmas of December as the way out as many were calling before the holidays to give in.

Zama, a Zulu chief in Zimbabwe (I know who Zaza he was), knew before he met his end at his country he didn't care for the ZANU constitution by then under discussion. His words made the constitution as is: to be seen as that only government, all who governed as it does not just one but one to become stronger by making.
